Daily Piece!
After a whirlwind year seeing our man booked for shows all over the world, the view at Hush HQ is that it’s time to take things back to where it all began. So continuing a long-standing relationship with Newcastle’s premier contemporary art outlet, Opus Art, Hush will exhibiting in his first solo show, Desensitised, in Newcastle from November 7 - December 1.
Set to explore subjects that the artist feels have a numbing effect on everyday life in western society, such as porn, gun violence and knife crime, it’s going to be an interesting show and one that many of us can relate to. And we’re not just talking about the porn.

Moncler with Men's Vogue Exclusive Ski Jacket!
Produced in collaboration with Men’s Vogue, the famed French outfitter Moncler brings you the Austin, a limited edition jacket based on the coat the company made for the trainers of the 1968 French ski team in Grenoble. Far from being overstuffed, the royal-blue jacket is slimmed down, but still sports enough high-quality goose down to keep you warm, whatever the wind-chill. Only two hundred twenty of the individually-numbered coats have been made. Two front pockets, one interior. Charity: DonorsChoose DonorsChoose.org is a United States based nonprofit organization that provides a way for people to donate directly to specific projects at public schools (sometimes known as peer-to-peer philanthropy). DonorsChoose.org was started in 2000 by Charles Best, a teacher at a public high school in the Bronx. Since then, it has grown to serve all the public schools throughout the United States. As of February 2008, more than $20 million dollars had been donated to over 45,000 projects, helping more than 1,100,000 students in need.[2] The organization collects proposals from teachers and makes them available to the general public through its website. Individual donors can select projects and contribute as much as they are prepared to. DonorsChoose.org then purchases necessary supplies and provides them to the schools, and generates a line-item budget which is sent to the donor.
