Went for dinner last night in LA at this Japanese spot in Little Tokyo. It's a pretty cool spot (if you can find it). Really nice atmosphere, service was fantastic, but most importantly food was good! The fish was VERY fresh and was actually better as sashimi as opposed to the rolls. Worth checking out if you are in the area! OH, and R23 means "restaurant between 2nd and 3rd. Owner was pretty impressed that we figured that one out!
